The older I get, the less I believe in GUILTY PLEASURES. To me, they're just PLEASURES. I mean, unless you're in Middle School or on the internet, most people don't care what you do in your personal life.

Is Michael Bolton's "When A Man Loves A Woman" the only song you listen to when you work out at the gym? Great.

Does wearing ladies underpants under your lumberjack work clothes make you feel like a pretty pretty princess? Awesome. It's a free country. You do you.

Although we all have our personal freedoms to be and enjoy whatever we want, there are some things we do that still bring us a little bit of shame to admit. Like our TV shows.
