Utah Only Has 1 Location For The Worst Rated Fast Food

Utah really loves its fast-food places but not all equal in the stomachs of the...consumer.  

Though opinions differ and some of us like to eat fast food for convenience and even nostalgia, there are just some places you may want to avoid. Now, to each their own when it comes to food, but these are the rankings that came from CouponBirds at the end of 2024.  

The worst-rated fast-food chain is Taco John's.  

Though Utah only has one location, by the sound of it, more probably won't come to the beehive state.  

According to data from CouponBirds, Taco John’s ranked only 2.61 during the study conducted. That is not a super great review number. However, Taco John’s could always change things up and get a better review in 2025, who knows.  

For McDonald’s lovers, I have some bad news. The franchise was rated second worst in the CouponBirds study. Now, don’t shoot the messenger but it could be because the ice cream machines are habitually not working. 

Chik-Fil-A unsurprisingly came in first place for BEST fast-food chain with a rating of 3.95. Being closed on Sunday really speaks to Utahns since there are 36 locations in the state.  

After that comes Five Guys at 3.85 and Jersey Mike’s at 3.76.  

There are quite a few Five Guys in the beehive state and Jersey Mike’s has also expanded since the beginning of the year. Unlike in the past when the burger reigned supreme, people are looking to chicken and sandwiches for their fast-food cravings.  

Utah is no exception.
