This Is The Most Expensive Restaurant In Utah In 2024

We all love to indulge every once in a while, and for some of us that means dressing up and going to a pricey restaurant.  

Well, Utah has a few pricey restaurants, but this one might just take the cake...er lobster? 

According to Lovefood, the most expensive place to eat in Utah is Salt Lake City (not surprising). The Capital Grille is a restaurant that offers a variety of dishes though it specializes in steaks. So, this is the perfect place to spend your dough on some juicy cuts.  

However, its most expensive item is NOT a steak but a seafood platter under its appetizers. The Grand Plateau is a plate that has North Atlantic Lobster, shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half shell and jumbo lump crab, the website said.  

How expensive is this plate? It is $125.  

This is definitely the most expensive item on the menu, but the steak cuts are pricey too. The 22oz bone-in ribeye is $73 and the filet mignon starts at $56. That is just for the cuts not a whole specialized dish.  

Under the “chef recommends” section you can find porcini rubbed bone-in ribeye with 15-year aged balsamic for $75 or an NY strip with cognac cream for $60.  

Oh, and if you want something to share you can get lobster mac n’ cheese for $25.  

Basically, you might want to save up for a year before deciding to go but it does sound like a really fun time with friends or family. The menu isn’t expensive for no good reason either.
