It’s 2025 now and Southern Utah is still missing a beloved fast-food franchise; Raising Cane’s.

Now, I have said it before, the restaurant doesn’t even need to be in St. George. I would happily drive to Cedar City for some of that Cane’s sauce. Raising Cane’s has several locations in the northern part of the state but for some reason won’t come here.

St. George has a Popeye’s Jay Bird's, Chik-Fil-A, and even a Super Chix. None of them can compare to the gloriousness of Raining Cane’s and its fantastic menu. I mean, Post Malone loves Utah and Raising Cane’s so it just makes sense that the franchise should be all over the state and not just up north.

I’m not even someone who LIKES chicken all that much but it's a crime that Raising Cane’s hasn’t made its way to Southern Utah. The chicken fingers are way better than any of the normal ones you’d find from the aforementioned restaurants we have. The crinkle fries are always good and of course, the Texas toast is a must! Plus, Cane’s sauce could give Fry Sauce a run for its money.

Every time I go to Las Vegas, I longingly stare at the Raising Cane’s and wonder why St. George can’t have one too.

In the “coming soon” section of Raising Cane’s website the only location opening is one in Provo which...means that the franchise isn’t considering opening a location here anytime soon.

So, for the love of all things chicken let's see if we can convince Raising Cane’s to open in St. George in 2025.
