Live Music Fun At Cedar City’s Newest Music Venue

It’s 6:45 on a Tuesday night with a frigid breeze blowing after a stormy day. In this frigid breeze is a line of people waiting to get into The Johnson Center for Community Arts & Education for Two Dollar Tuesday. Two Dollar Tuesday is the latest addition to the arts community in Cedar City and an affordable venue to see live music. 

The two bands playing, Saint Wade and Evangeline have both made the drive from Nevada to play to a very excited crowd and played a mix of covers and originals. Also, in the crowd appears to be the grandparents of one of the band members of Evangeline, and they were incredibly adorable. They were both recording the performance dressed in their Sunday best. It was probably the cutest thing I saw all day and I will always shout out supportive family members.
