Foods You NEED To Beat Utah’s Summer Heat
So, Utah is hot right now and we have until late August (roughly) until it cools down to regular temperatures.
Southern Utah is especially hot with temperatures getting into the 100s and truly making it miserable to go out in the middle of the day. If you are like me then finding foods that are both helpful for the heat and yummy is a big priority right now.
