Unveiling The Allure Of Kabuto Sushi: St. George’s Finest Sushi Joint
St. George has several great sushi places, but Kabuto Sushi might just be one of the most unique places in town.
I have been craving some elite sushi and new flavors and noticed an online argument with several votes for Kabuto Sushi. Though the place only has a 4.2 rating on Google Reviews, the most recent reviews rave about the place and the quality of food.
So, I gave it a try.
The interior is very nice and well-lit with natural and artificial lighting. It feels like an open space and the decor is fantastic with beautiful paintings in Asian style on one wall. It gives the vibe of being transported to somewhere in Japan.
There were so many roll options, and I had the hardest time choosing. However, they don’t just have rolls, they offer entrees and some fantastic appetizers.
I tried three rolls; the caterpillar, the honey pot, and the running jazz. The caterpillar roll was HUGE and had tempura shrimp inside that was so crunchy and flavorful. Though I didn’t have room for another roll, they do offer baked rolls which sound awesome.
For those who are feeling a little more adventurous, they offer an entree called unagi donburi which is baked eel over rice with eel sauce. Kabuto Sushi offers a variety of dishes, and if you’re looking for something unique, this is the place to go.
I will definitely be going back and trying way more rolls because these could even compare to Las Vegas restaurants.
