Trend News: Utah Kids Want THESE Items In 2025
Kids these days are odd, and I know every older generation says that about the younger ones but it's true.
Generation Alpha or Gen Alpha consists of those who are 15 and under right now or rather those born in 2010 or after. So, yeah, the world is a bit different and what kids are buying and wanting is a bit different too.
However, one thing remains the same and that is kids spending money on snacks.
If you are trying to connect with your Gen Alpha kids, Business Insider has a few ideas for how to do that. First off, do away with the Top Ramen, it is no longer in style.
These days Utah kids (and kids all over the U.S.) want Buldak’s Fire Chicken Ramen.
Spicy ramen is in, and Top Ramen is no longer the childhood favorite you may remember.
Back in my day (wow, I sound old) the object for the cool kids was having a pair of UGGS or Converse. Now, kids want the multicolored steel water bottles from Owala, Business Insider said.
These Owala water bottles are not cheap either and they have a bit of an 80s vibe with all the colors on them.
At least the kids think drinking water is cool now, I guess.
Lastly, with the average allowance a Gen Alpha kid is getting ($22 a week) they are heading to Five Below to grab snacks and other objects within the price range.
Business Insider said one third of Gen Alpha kids buy from the chain.
So, Utah parents, aunts, uncles, and random adults this is what you get for Gen Alpha kids. Spicy ramen, fancy water bottles, and a trip to Five Below.
