Southern Utah has a variety of people which means that the Facebook groups are just as many and just as quirky.

If you’ve lived in Southern Utah for a while some of these Facebook groups are probably well-known to you. Others join them before even moving to the area to get advice and a lay of the land.

Some groups are just funny, others have mixed purposes and all of them start out creating a community. No matter how niche it might be, Southern Utah probably has a Facebook group for the topic. Now how active that group is depends entirely on the following and interest in the area.

Here are Southern Utah’s most notable (and hilarious) Facebook groups you can join.

St. George Word of Mouth

This is one of the most well-known Facebook groups in Southern Utah. The admin rules are intense, and people use it to post and troll others in the area. Sometimes people ask for advice here, or restaurant recommendations. However, expect to fully see some nasty comments and trolls on the daily.

Saint George Lady Friends

Sorry fellas, this isn’t for you. Saint George Lady Friends is all about making female friendships in the area no matter what age you are. Often, you’ll see posts about people's hobbies and lifestyle trying to find like-minded people. There are sometimes events advertised and it’s usually pretty calm in the comment sections.

Up For Anything St. George Utah

This group is mainly where people post events or hikes and see if anyone wants to come along. It’s not super active but hey, you never know what you might find.

Sis, is this your man? Southern Utah

This is also not for the men for obvious reasons. Don’t try to join as a woman if you’re a guy. It never works. This group is to see some of the...unfaithful guys in the area and watch out for each other.

These are just a few of the MANY options for Facebook groups related to the area. There are groups for yard sales, businesses, gardening, artists, and even Super Smash Bros tournaments.
