Utah has a variety of attractions but this one hotel in Beryl, Utah definitely wins over local and visiting nerds.  

Themed like any Star Wars, Dune or space themed movie you can think of Outpost X is a dreamy stay for anyone. In dune-like surroundings, guests can stay in chambers that give vibes of a different planet.  

It's a rather new attraction with kinks still in some reviews in Spring 2024, however Outpost X still has a 4.0 out of 5-star review on TripAdvisor.  

There are cool space cars/vehicles to take pictures in, gorgeous sunset and night views as well as a hot tub option (based on pictures from TripAdvisor). Cosplayers will have great opportunity for photo shoots and get to experience space-like buildings too.  

Since it's away from the city, this is also a fantastic option for those who just need a break from the hustle and bustle.  

One aspect that makes this place unique is the culinary options, however if you don’t enjoy cooking this won’t be for you. Since the location is remote, you must cook the food yourself, but the hosts provide items and recipes.  

At Outpost X guests can also indulge in a game room experience and rent out costumes for some fun. Those who book the overnight stay will also receive a drinking horn souvenir with mocktail ingredients and recipes.  

If you don’t want to spend the night, there are day passes available for travelers.  

It’s a unique experience that will take you to “another planet” with calming solitude options for those wanting a true get away.
