Brunch is an underrated meal, and Southern Utah has a ton of places that offer delicious brunch foods that are missed out on.

I am a brunch fanatic. I love brunch and think it may just be the best mealtime of all. It offers people an opportunity to get together with foods of their choosing because you can grab whatever you’re feeling.

Want a burger at 11 a.m. in the morning? Go for it. Still feeling some breakfast vibes? The world is yours to choose from.

Anyway, Southern Utah has some great places for brunch and TripAdvisor has just updated the list for 2025. So, here are the top five (kind of surprising) brunch spots in Southern Utah.

#1 George’s Corner Restaurant and Pub

Southern Utahns and St. Georgians love George’s. It’s one of those places you take your family when they come to visit. The menu is all encompassing, and you can get pretty much any kind of breakfast food you want. The atmosphere inside is super cozy and the outside seating is great during warmer weather.

#2 Bear Paw Cafe

Another St. George restaurant that has been around for years is Bear Paw Cafe. This is a lunch and breakfast place so it's basically a brunch place. The inside is a little smaller and parking can be a hassle since it’s off Main St. But the food is delicious and cozy with all the cafe vibes.

#3 Cracker Barrel

This is not a local restaurant but hey, can you really go wrong with Cracker Barrel? With old west vibes and well-known menu items, it's a safe bet. There is only the one in St. George so chances are it will be a bit busy during a weekend morning, but it could be worth it.

#4 Painted Pony Restaurant

The Painted Pony is a beloved Southern Utah spot especially for a nice sit-down dinner. However, this place isn’t cheap and is usually for anniversary dinners or for those with cash to spend. The food is excellent and totally worth the cost though!

#5 First Watch

This pick is not surprising at all. What’s surprising is how far down on the list it is since everyone and their mother goes there on the weekends. First Watch is usually packed with people waiting outside on a Saturday but that just means it's really, really good. There are lots of options and they even boast house made press juice!
