Alfred Hitchcock, the writer and director of suspense films, was actually afraid of some random things.  He was afraid of being in crowds.  And suprisingly, he was also afraid of being alone.  A normal fear of his was being afraid of the dark.  And lastly, he was afraid of eggs.

Before Star Trek was filmed, William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy were in an episode of another show together.  The show was called The Man from U.N.C.L.E. William played a good guy and Leonard played a bad guy.

Have you ever heard of the Drunkometer?  It was used in the 1930's before the Breathalyzer was invented.  It was a very large machine that had a deflated balloon attached to it.  Then the suspect would blow into the balloon and somehow the machine determined the drunken state.

There's a guy, some random guy, who likes to edit Wikipedia articles.  He has edited about one third of them.  And the kicker is, he has done it all for free.

There's a statue at Harvard University that has these words typed on it:  "John Harvard, Founder, 1638."  All of that's wrong.  John Harvard was a benefactor, not the founder.  Harvard was founded in 1636.  And the statue is actually of a man named Sherman Hoar.
