If your name is Brooke, let people around you know how much they should appreciate you as you just might the last Brooke they know. Where are all the Brookes going? According to BabyCenter the name is dropping in popularity for new parents, and they say it could go extinct in 2024. 

Don’t start laughing over there Bradley. Your name is on the soon to be extinct list as well. In fact, all the names ending in aden are dropping like a stone in popularity. Sorry, Braden, Aiden, Hayden and Raiden, make room for Olivia and Noah, Isabella and Liam, some of the most popular names for this year. 

The top three expiring girl names are Brooke, Blake and Mckenzie. Boy names are Julius, Jaiden and Johnny. This is how they came up with the expiring name list:

So, if you are a Brooke or a Julius, just know your bringing up the rear and your name will follow you as you age. Younger people will see your moniker written and have a good idea what age you fit in.  

Don’t expect me to feel bad for you. My name aged out a long time ago. Even though I feel as young as ever, as soon as some young kid hears my name, I can watch myself grow older in their eyes. It is all fair though. I did the same thing to Ferrin and Gladys when I was a kid.
