The Utah Midsummer Renaissance Faire’s website explains that the festival tradition would include vendors bringing their wares and their families to the base of the city’s walls for festival days. The vendors would set up a temporary shelter for their families to eat, sleep, and play. Festival days would be a joy-filled occasion full of color, music, and laughter.
