Who doesn’t like to save money?  The starving student app is something everyone in my family buys each year, without fail...

The Starving Student APP is only $30 and it has a great return on investment. I make my $30 back every year from savings on the APP. Another plus, is it is used for fundraising, so the fundraiser/school receives $15 back from every APP or card purchase. That’s a WIN-WIN!!

Initially, I bought this through my niece’s sports program to support her team, but now I am hooked and buy it every year.You don’t have to be a student to purchase the app. One thing I love is the estimated savings in the top right hand corner of the app.

It tracks how much you have saved using the app. This year I have already saved $100, just by using the Starving Student App at places I already shop. I also like checking out new places on the app because I know I am getting a good deal.

When you are at the store that participates (they have a SSC sticker at the register ro window to show they participate) the cashier will have you click on the deal, then you slide the bar over to initiate using the coupon, and then it shows you that it is used.  Some deals have more than one use, and the app keeps track of how many uses are left on each deal.

One thing that is really fun is taking the kids to jump parks, skating rinks, or museums and getting discounts on entry. It is something you are going to be doing with the kids anyway. Why not keep some money in your pocket?

I also like saving money on oil changes, screen repairs, and shuttle trips. This app is really so well rounded, you will save money on practically everything.
