It’s nearly impossible to become bored anywhere near Cedar City during the summer. Brian Head is no exception to this.

Brian Head is 30 miles from Cedar City and is located right by Cedar Breaks and Bryce Canyon.

Brian Head is named the “Highest Resort Town” in America with a base elevation of 9,800 feet and a peak elevation of 11,300 feet (about twice the elevation of Denver, Colorado). Usually known for its activities during the winter, there’s no shortage of fun once the snow melts.

The first weekend in July is the Brian Head Art Fair. Established in 1992, the Brian Head Art Fair keeps guests busy with a laundry list of attractions and activities.

This year includes vendors, a zipline, live music, a pie eating contest, a climbing wall, a bungee trampoline, disc golf, food and drinks, and much more.
