5 Places In St. George We Wish Were Open On Sundays
Why is it that my biggest cravings for waffle fries and Chick-Fil-A sauce always happen on a SUNDAY? Or why is it that my kids seem to always want a freaky fast sub on the Sabbath?
My cravings for a Fiiz Captain Jack are every day and my obsession with my car being clean happens daily as well. My cravings and my obsessions don't stop just because it's a Sunday.
I realize that by saying that I have an addiction, you think I should take a break at least once a week. BUT WE CAN DISCUSS MY ISSUES SOME OTHER TIME! For now, I just want to discuss places I wish stayed open on Sundays in Southern Utah.
TAGG-N-GO: I love a clean car. So much so, that I have a monthly subscription to Tagg-n-go. Sadly, the day that I have the most free time to wash my car is Sunday. So, I need to remember to use my Saturday as a "special day, a day to get ready for Sunday"!
FIIZ DRINKS: Anyone who knows me, knows I love Fiiz. I'm addicted. I've tried several other places, but nothing quenches my thirst quite like a Captain Jack from Fiiz. Yes, I can go a day without soda but I would prefer not to! Don't listen to my friends and family, I CAN STOP ANY TIME I WANT TO. No, YOU have a problem! Shut up.
PIZZA FACTORY/PASTA FACTORY: Their breadsticks....their salad bar...their apple beer. It all adds up to a delicious meal that I sometimes crave on Sundays!
CHICK FIL-A: I'm pretty sure this is a common complaint! A lot of people wish Chick Fil A was opened on Sunday. I'm just adding my vote to it!
Listen, I understand being closed on Sunday for religious reasons and I have nothing but respect for a company that sacrifices profit for what they consider to be higher principles.
But seriously if there's someone at Tagg-n-Go who's willing to keep one of the vacuums on, I won't tell anybody. We can even use a special code word or something.
