Utah Got Its Geek On Last Weekend

FanX Salt Lake Comic Convention kicked off its ten-year anniversary Thursday afternoon at the Salt Palace Convention Center. 

Full of food, fun, cosplay, panels, and vendors galore, there was something to do every day. 

Thursday included panels with John Rhys-Davies, members of the Star Trek: The Next Generation cast, and cast members from the Scream franchise. 

Friday included panels from the Doctor Who cast, Jared & Genevieve Padalecki, Harvey Gullien, Daredevil, and Jessica Jones cast members, Joel McHale, Christopher Lloyd, and Zachary Levi. 

Saturday included panels with Oliver and James Phelps, Star Wars cast members, Smallville cast members, Andy Serkis, and the always-popular Twisted Toons panel.

If you weren’t watching a panel, you could be getting a photo op or autograph from your favorite celebrity, buying merchandise from one of the many vendors, or enjoying food from around the world from one of several food trucks parked outside the Salt Palace. 

FanX Salt Lake Comic Convention has already set the date for next year’s event. Plan on being at the Salt Palace Convention Center September 26th-28th.
