T-Birds, Trailblazers To Meet Twice On Gridiron This Year

The Southern Utah University football program has announced the finalization of its non-conference schedule for the Fall 2022 season. SUU's first four non–conference matchups against St. Thomas, Utah, Western Illinois, and Eastern Kentucky will remain unchanged; but, the Thunderbirds have picked up a second contest against rival and in-state foe Utah Tech.

According to the Utah Tech University Website, the first game between SUU and UTU will take place on Saturday September 24th at Southern Utah University in Cedar City.

The opportunity for revenge will come on Saturday November 5th at Greater Zion Stadium on the UTU Campus in St. George.
