No Green Needed For This Shakespeare Experience
May I hath't thy attention prithee?
The Utah Shakespeare Festival has announced its Greenshow lineup.
This summer’s production of The Greenshow is written and directed by Britannia Howe, who has directed several Greenshow productions and the Utah Shakespeare Festival’s 2021 production of Cymbeline.
The themes for this year’s two Greenshow productions are “The Hills of Appalachia” and for the Bridgerton fans “English Regency Garden Party”.
But wait, there’s more. A third Greenshow theme will be “Paiute Heritage and Celebration” and will be produced and performed by the Paiute Tribal Youth Performers from five local Paiute Bands.
“The Greenshow celebrates community at the Utah Shakespeare Festival by audience participatory storytelling. And I hope that you join us to help tell those stories. I hope to see you on The Green,” Howe said.
Greenshow productions are free and open to the public.
